Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager for Diabetes Medical Devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling medical devices and providing clinical education to physicians and clinical staff in the assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell medical devices and offer clinical education to physicians and clinical staff
  • Meet/exceed sales objectives and market share within assigned geographic area
  • Develop and maintain superior relationships with key diabetes decision makers and influencers
  • Implement customer loyalty initiatives and consistently exhibit a high level of proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating products
  • Become a product expert and maintain a high profile with professional diabetes organizations and KOLs in the assigned geographic area
  • Work effectively and productively with internal and external colleagues and leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-7 years of medical device sales experience (not pharmaceutical)
  • Track record of sales success and ability to close deals and grow business
  • Strong presentation skills and a can-do attitude
  • Exemplify company integrity and compassion for patients
Compensation

Base salary $70-85k depending on experience, plus car allowance, full benefits, and uncapped commissions paid monthly.
