Job Overview

As a key member of our operations team, the Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members. This role requires a passion for driving customer satisfaction and a commitment to providing personalized support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and processes while interacting with members. They will also be able to exercise active listening skills, cross-sell credit union products and services, and meet or exceed assigned job production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Navigate multiple systems and processes to resolve member inquiries

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or cash handling is preferred
  • One year of experience as a credit union or bank teller is preferred
