About the Position

Fabrinet West is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, resolving technical issues, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or remote sessions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to product design, manufacturing, and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that technicians and engineers are proficient in technical support techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support and engineering.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation software and other engineering tools.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
