Technical Support Associate

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of our data center facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, telecom, and security systems
- Monitoring and responding to alarms and notifications related to facility operations
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a data center environment
- Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$28 per hour, along with an annual bonus and equity incentives based on individual and company performance. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.
