Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of our data center facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, telecom, and security systems
  • Monitoring and responding to alarms and notifications related to facility operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a data center environment
  • Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
