  • Relationship Building: Develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual goals for yourself.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress and results to allow your leaders to provide coaching to help you grow in the role.
