Commercial Banking and Sales Professional

Banner Personnel is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Banking and Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for originating and managing direct equipment contractor/vendor financing programs, direct end-user financing transactions, and transactions originated through independent third parties.
This role reports directly to the President and requires strong knowledge and understanding of individual contractor/customer relationships. You will work closely with management, legal, and support staff to confirm that program and transaction submissions comply with company and investor objectives and requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial industry sales experience, excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel is also required.
Responsibilities- Originating and managing direct equipment contractor/vendor financing programs
- Direct end-user financing transactions and transactions originated through independent third parties
- Soliciting assigned existing and prospective contractor/customers for business relationships and financing opportunities
- Conferencing with management, legal, and support staff to confirm compliance with company and investor objectives and requirements
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Proven work experience in financial industry sales
- Strong knowledge of industry financial products and sales tactics
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Financial pricing skills, including present value analysis
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Estimated Salary: $125,000 per annum.
