Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $125,000 per year, with unlimited earning potential based on performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental insurance, disability insurance, flexible scheduling, health insurance, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute a business plan to grow the agency and meet sales goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects, building strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff as needed to support agency growth and operations.
- Marketing and Promotion: Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients, utilizing social media, advertising, and community outreach.
- Operations: Manage agency operations, including marketing, sales, and customer service, ensuring seamless execution and efficient use of resources.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other agents to share best practices, drive overall success, and contribute to the growth and development of the agency.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and community members.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Licenses: Must be licensed to sell insurance in the state of Illinois or willing to obtain licenses.
