Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, and verify insurance and payment collection.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • High regard for time management.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
