The Certified Medication Aide plays a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients by administering medications and providing supportive care services.
Key Responsibilities- Administer oral, nasal, eye, ear, and topical medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures and state law.
- Provide additional care services to patients as instructed and under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state.
- Must have a current Medication Administrative Certificate approved by the state.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
- 1+ years of experience as a CNA preferred.
