Job Overview

Peak Living is seeking a skilled Leasing Specialist to support community operations and provide exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and participate in customer service and leasing activities, upholding industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with tax credit requirements and regulations.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, renewal letters, and other related documents.
  • Review resident files and accounting records to identify and address unpaid and late fees.
  • Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances and implement procedures for collecting delinquencies.
  • Assist in organizing community events, preparing newsletters, and maintaining resident loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality, or a similar field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred (for LIHTC).
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred (for Section 8).
  • One year of experience in LIHTC communities.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
