Job Description

RNR Tire Express - Midwest is a leading provider of affordable wheels and tires, offering unmatched service, a large in-stock inventory, flexibility, pre-approval, extra services, and convenient locations. We're seeking a Client Retention Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our goals for sales and retention.

As a Client Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve ownership by providing best-in-class service, finding the right products and solutions that meet their needs and budget, and ensuring timely rental/lease agreement renewal payments. You will also assist other coworkers during peak activity, absences, and planned time off.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients via phone and serve as the primary contact between the client and the company.
  • Set daily collection goals and verify and maintain accuracy of customer information.
  • Review sales rental orders for compliance and approval.
  • Manage past due accounts, working with clients to get their accounts in good standing with a program they can afford and that will help them achieve ownership.
  • Act as a customer liaison, reselling the benefits of timely rental/lease agreement renewal payments.
  • Assist other coworkers in the store during times of peak activity, absences, and planned time off.
Requirements:
  • Previous rent-to-own experience is desirable, but not necessary. We train.
  • Customer service, sales, call center, or collections experience in a retail environment preferred, but not required. We train.
  • Must comply with drug-free workplace program and pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.
