We also practice whole animal butchery, ensuring every dish meets our exceptional quality criteria.

Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
A Captain at Massenia is responsible for delivering seamless service to our guests, providing exceptional hospitality experiences that exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting guests with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor.
  • Taking orders and communicating with customers and kitchen staff regarding special requests or allergies.
  • Sharing information about the menu and addressing guest inquiries.
  • Bearing food in a timely manner and checking on guests regularly.
  • Collaborating with other staff members as a team player.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety and sanitation standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • 3+ years of experience in fine dining settings.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to function at a high standard in high-volume environments.
  • A strong foundation in wine, cocktails, and culinary knowledge.
