Compliance and Licensing Specialist

Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and licensing within a dynamic organization? The Country Supplier Corporate Office is seeking a Licensing & Compliance Administrator to oversee and manage the essential licensing functions of our company.
This role is pivotal in maintaining adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and legally.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and maintain all necessary FFL/SOT/WA Dealer Licensing for the organization.
- Administer and manage additional licenses required for retail locations, including business licenses, city/state permits, reseller permits, pesticide licenses, propane licenses, agricultural licenses, and DMV licenses.
- Provide administrative assistance regarding insurance matters for the company.
- Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capability to learn internal software systems.
- Previous experience and knowledge in business licensing are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and prioritization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing work environments and shifting priorities.
