Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and managing licensing requirements? The Country Supplier Corporate Office is seeking a Licensing & Compliance Administrator.

This role is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating all licensing activities for the organization. You will be tasked with consistently assessing and managing the compliance obligations of the Company in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain all Federal Firearms License (FFL), Special Occupational Tax (SOT), and Washington Dealer Licensing for the organization.
  • Administer and uphold all other relevant licenses for retail locations, including but not limited to business licenses, city/state permits, reseller permits, pesticide certifications, propane permits, agricultural licenses, and DMV registrations.
  • Provide administrative assistance regarding the Company’s insurance policies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capability to learn internal software systems necessary for job functions.
  • Prior experience and knowledge in business licensing is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
  • Capacity to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing work conditions and the ability to shift priorities as needed.
