We are actively seeking qualified Pipeline Construction Inspectors to enhance our workforce.

Role Summary

As a Pipeline Construction Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting inspections, providing oversight, and generating reports on the construction of natural gas pipelines.
  • Ensuring that all work complies with company standards, specifications, applicable codes, federal regulations, and state requirements.
  • Performing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) over construction processes and reporting on progress.
  • Field inspection of installation methods, materials inspection, project documentation review, and enforcing compliance with industry codes and safety regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in compliance observation and reporting, including ROW preparations, material handling, excavation methods, pressure testing, and project documentation.
  • Strong safety orientation with a commitment to prioritizing safety.
  • Familiarity with NACE/SSPC – SP/ISO codes and regulations.
  • Knowledge of DOT CFR and .195 regulations.
Employment Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Pre-employment drug testing and ongoing quarterly testing.
  • Fit for duty physical examination to demonstrate capability to perform job duties.

Work Schedule:

Full-time seasonal construction work with a commitment of 6 days a week, averaging 72+ hours per week.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Pipeline Inspection experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in pipeline construction-related fields.
  • Experience with anomaly digs.
Certifications:
  • NACE CIP Level 1 or 2 (Required)
  • API 1169 (Required)
  • OSHA 10hr or 30hr (Preferred)
Educational Background:
  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Proficiency in computer skills for reporting and communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Work Location:

Primarily remote work with travel to various project locations as needed.
