Job Overview

K2 Construction LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our construction teams in Lincoln, NE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in overseeing crews of 4-8 people and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Implementation: Interpret and implement construction plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Oversee the construction of headwalls, box culverts, and other storm sewer structures, as well as footings, and manage paving crews to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
  • Safety and Compliance: Read, understand, and enforce safety policies and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with managers, sub-contractors, and project managers on a daily basis, and schedule work with other employees as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets K2 Construction LLC's high-quality standards.
Working Conditions
  • The Construction Supervisor will work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and inclement weather.
  • Exposure to all elements of nature, including loud noise, fumes, odors, gases, dusts, etc.
  • Work near heavy traffic.
Requirements
  • Standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and bending.
  • Periodic lifting of 10 to 50 pounds.
  • Duties may require working from heights.
