Objective:

The Quality Assurance Inspector I is responsible for utilizing blueprints and testing protocols to guarantee precise and effective assembly.

Key Responsibilities: The following duties are essential. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

  • Conducts inspections following established procedures, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Implements corrective actions and Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) as assigned.
  • Employs both conventional and advanced inspection tools to confirm measurements.
  • Records findings in the Quality Management system by entering data into the CRM Database.
  • Offers technical quality assistance to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations as required and authorized by the Quality Assurance Director.
  • Maintains traceability of components and products at every inspection stage.
  • Organizes, files, and preserves all inspection-related documents.
  • Utilizes all documentation within the Quality System, including manufacturing procedures, forms, and standard operating procedures, and initiates the submission of inspection reports as necessary.
  • Participates in internal audits to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications: To successfully fulfill this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in inspecting parts or products is required.
  • Experience in developing strategies to enhance and promote quality is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines are required.
  • Dependability and consistent attendance are crucial.
