Human Resources Coordinator

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef LLC is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities and processes that drive our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional HR customer service to all facility employees, including researching and resolving questions or issues.
- Support interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.
- Assist supervisors with hourly employee issues and concerns, promoting fair treatment and positive employee relations.
- Maintain HRIS data by entering new hire information and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Responsible for the I-9 and E-Verify process for all new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Complete employment verifications and unemployment requests as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prepare required reports such as attendance, new hire orientation, and turnover, providing valuable insights for management.
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective employee-related investigations as necessary, maintaining a neutral and impartial stance.
- Complete termination paperwork, exit interviews, and associated data entry as needed, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity, with a strong preference for a manufacturing or food processing background.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with an HR credential a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management skills, with the ability to navigate stressful personnel situations.
- Ability to maintain good relationships with others through effective communication, with a focus on building trust and respect.
- Flexibility and adaptability to organizational needs, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Ability to respect and comply with confidentiality requirements, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Bilingual Spanish or Swahili a plus, but not required.
