About the Role

M Booth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Influencer Marketing Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Influencer Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead Influencer Procurement and Activation: Lead the end-to-end influencer procurement process, from identifying and vetting influencers to negotiating and activating partnerships.
  • Manage Influencer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, and managers to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Monitor and Report on Campaign Performance: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on the latest influencer marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Influencer Marketing: Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing strategies.
  • Strong Network of Influencer Relationships: Established relationships with influencers, agents, and managers in the beauty, skin, and personal care industries.
  • Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, influencers, and stakeholders, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and develop strategic solutions to drive business growth.
