MacGregor Black is collaborating with a prominent consumer goods organization to find a Senior Influencer and Activations Manager. This is a full-time position based in the USA.

In the role of Senior Influencer and Activations Manager, you will be tasked with driving brand expansion in the US market, establishing strategic direction through influencer marketing, and crafting plans for significant retail activations. You will report directly to the Brand's General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital liaison for the US market, ensuring effective communication, planning, and execution among commercial, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Work alongside a global marketing team to develop innovative concepts for social and influencer campaigns that enhance engagement and momentum.
  • Create strategies for both organic and paid influencer initiatives, including activations for product launches and long-term brand equity development.
  • Forge cross-brand collaborations to enhance brand equity, visibility, and adoption.
  • Serve as the primary connector within the organization, facilitating introductions to key community figures, influencers, and communications agencies, while managing cross-brand agency relationships.
  • Establish and oversee the influencer budget to achieve ROI and annual brand revenue objectives.
  • Lead brand enhancement initiatives for the portfolio, refining the US strategy and enriching brand experiences to foster strong consumer connections.
  • Execute large-scale events, gifting strategies, and cultivate long-term ambassador partnerships.
  • Drive and monitor business outcomes – establishing and tracking KPIs, analyzing competitors, and sharing insights.

What are we seeking?

  • Over 6 years of experience in health and beauty marketing with a focus on influencer marketing.
  • A proven history of developing and scaling new brands through community and influencer strategies.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
  • A demonstrated ability to cultivate key relationships and build a community of loyal supporters.
  • A comprehensive understanding of organic brand development.
  • Experience in US campaign creation across various touchpoints.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Creative aptitude for developing and maximizing the reach of engaging content.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of multitasking and navigating ambiguity in a new strategic role within the organization.
