MacGregor Black is collaborating with a prominent consumer goods organization to find a Senior Influencer and Activations Manager. This is a full-time position located in the USA.
In the capacity of Senior Influencer and Activations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand expansion in the US market, establishing strategic pathways through influencer marketing, and crafting plans for essential retail activations. You will report directly to the Brand's General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital liaison for the US market, ensuring effective communication, planning, and execution among commercial, marketing, and finance teams.
- Work alongside a global marketing team to develop innovative concepts for social and influencer campaigns to enhance engagement and momentum.
- Formulate strategies for both organic and paid influencer initiatives, including activations for product launches and long-term brand equity building.
- Develop cross-brand collaborations to enhance brand equity, visibility, and adoption.
- Serve as the primary connector within the organization, facilitating introductions to key community leaders, influencers, and communications agencies, while managing cross-brand agency collaborations.
- Establish and oversee the influencer budget to achieve ROI and annual revenue objectives.
- Lead brand development efforts for the portfolio, refining the US strategy and enhancing brand experiences to foster strong consumer connections.
- Execute large-scale events, gifting initiatives, and cultivate long-term ambassador partnerships.
- Drive and assess business outcomes – establishing and monitoring KPIs, analyzing competitors, and sharing insights.

- Over 6 years of experience in health and beauty marketing with a focus on influencer marketing.
- A proven history of developing and scaling new brands through community and influencer strategies.
