Pilgrim's Regional Chains Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Pilgrim's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Chains Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth within our defined geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume and financial objectives within specified targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Regional Chain targets to exceed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic customer business plans.
  • Negotiate program agreements with assigned operators.
  • Support business development activities, including customer conventions and industry trade shows.
  • Effectively manage MDF funds to support growth initiatives with key operators.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the food service industry, preferably within the poultry or overall protein industry.
  • Key Regional Account relationships to drive immediate impact.
  • Bachelor of Science degree required.
  • Extensive travel required (estimated 50%+).
