Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Key Accounts

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager - Key Accounts will be responsible for supporting the growth of all 21st Amendment brands in Western US chain accounts. This role will oversee all communication and support at assigned SE division distributors, with a focus on achieving business objectives and managing the communication and administration function pertaining to pricing, new item authorizations, display execution, and promotions for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase distribution, sales, and marketing share in assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chain account buyers and distributors.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Communicate pricing and product information to accounts and distributors on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience selling products on a regional basis to chains, distributor management, etc.
  • Successful experience managing beer distributors and buyers.
  • Knowledge of IRI syndicated data and VIP sales reporting systems.
  • Extensive understanding of the industry, products, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized, motivated, and efficient.
