About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Booksy. As a key member of our online acquisition team, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Meta Ads campaigns to drive growth and revenue for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Meta Ads strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including ad creative, targeting, and budget allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and maximize ROI
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads features and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive campaign success
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online acquisition marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
