Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to lead our market development initiatives.

Supported by one of the largest and most varied climate control rental fleets in the country, this role will focus on fostering new relationships and expanding our presence within existing accounts.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual eager to grow our business across diverse sectors such as Mechanical Contracting, General Contracting, Construction, Property Management, Healthcare, Industrial Accounts, IT, and more.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success with 3-5+ years in Outside Sales
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, or Business is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to conduct direct sales calls to a targeted customer base within the market area
  • Experience in commercial and/or industrial product sales in the HVAC rental industry is beneficial
  • Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems and components
  • Understanding of the construction contracting and owner direct selling process
  • Competitive mindset and a strong desire for success
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and other relevant software tools
