The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales cycle, you'll engage, educate, and activate new customers who can benefit from our climate transition platform.

You'll collaborate closely with our experienced and passionate founding and sales team to drive the rapid, scalable adoption of our platform in high-impact sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify opportunities and drive interest by combining a data-driven approach with an unrelenting work ethic.
  2. Drive revenue and exceed quota by operating with thoughtful urgency and pushing aggressively towards quarterly revenue targets.
  3. Embrace empathy by meeting customers where they are and demonstrating the powerful value of our solution.

Qualifications & Skills

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing role, with experience both sourcing their own leads and working with warm leads.
  • A track record of consistent over-achievement against targets.
  • Experience with a direct sales motion.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A pragmatic optimist eager to rapidly grow personally and professionally.
