Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of waterfront and coastal resilience and climate adaptation projects for clients across the United States.
  • Mentor and oversee junior engineers and staff.
  • Conduct climate change impact and risk assessments on water infrastructure assets and develop technical solutions to mitigate the risk and increase the resilience of such assets.
  • Design coastal and waterfront flood protection and nature-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on water resources and resiliency projects.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, project proposals, and design documentation.
  • Evaluate and implement sustainable stormwater management and flood control solutions.
  • Support business development activities, including strategy, proposals, and client relationships.
  • Travel for project site visits, client meetings, and project oversight.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Coastal Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in infrastructure design and implementation.
