At Wingate Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a valued member of our dynamic, family-owned company, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities, including customer service, mail distribution, and requisition of supplies.
- Answer and direct calls to appropriate associates in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
