About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team of skilled technicians in servicing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of HVAC technicians, providing the necessary training and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and work regulations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HVAC service department.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HVAC technology and incorporate them into services when beneficial.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the HVAC or related industry.
  • Experience in leading and building teams, with excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • A commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to HVAC service management.
