Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an HVAC Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will directly report to the Service Sales Manager and will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance proposals, presenting our services to potential clients, and nurturing relationships with new customers to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential client opportunities within designated markets through various outreach methods, including networking and industry events.
  • Analyze leads and implement solution-oriented strategies to drive sales growth, particularly in Planned Maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the internal construction team to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
  • Assess customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with our service offerings.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to clients and prospects, showcasing our HVAC services.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive client proposals, ensuring all financial and technical details are accurately represented.
  • Achieve defined sales targets while maintaining profitability and market share.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Consistently foster and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time independently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC commercial service sector.
  • At least 5 years of proven success in sales or technical roles.
  • Integrity, honesty, and accountability are essential qualities for all candidates.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong sales acumen.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include regular sitting, seeing, talking, and hearing. The employee will frequently use hands for tasks such as handling tools and equipment. The role requires mobility within both office and field environments, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:
