Position Overview

Grayson Automotive is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage incoming calls and warmly welcome visitors.

This role is essential in establishing a positive atmosphere at our dealership by being an attentive listener and a reliable source of information.

The Customer Service Coordinator assists clients who are meeting with Service Advisors, scheduling service appointments, addressing general inquiries, and processing payments for completed services.

Additionally, this position involves performing administrative tasks and managing the telephone switchboard for effective call routing.


Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (such as front desk or administrative assistant) is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a friendly and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in phone and computer operations is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Experience in an automotive dealership is advantageous but not mandatory.

This position requires a 5-day work week, with two Saturdays each month to be worked.
