Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive and responsive communication. This role involves coordinating the flow of information between the Service Department and customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to proactively address their needs and concerns, and to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the Service Department, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and distribute welcome packets, renewals, service agreements, and other relevant documents to customers.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Strong internal and external customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good experience and skills in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to comprehend and follow direction.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Working Environment:

The Customer Service Coordinator will work in a fast-paced office environment, with minimal travel requirements. The ideal candidate will be vaccinated against COVID and able to work in a dynamic and inclusive team environment.
