Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellent service in a dynamic work environment. The position entails a standard 40-hour work week during regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to provide assistance and information regarding our services.
- Manage and organize customer requests and build service orders using our transportation management software.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Collaborate with Operations and Business Development teams to understand and meet customer needs.
- Conduct regular outreach to clients to foster relationships and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Provide accurate quotes for services and follow up on pending requests.
- Document customer feedback and responses for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
