  • Collaborate with Operations and Business Development teams to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular outreach to clients to foster relationships and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Provide accurate quotes for services and follow up on pending requests.
  • Document customer feedback and responses for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
