About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Billing team at Total Quality Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing payments and billing customers, providing exceptional service to our Sales Teams, and resolving any billing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Incoming Paperwork: Review and verify all documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Resolve Billing Issues: Make outbound calls to resolve paperwork issues and communicate with sales teams and customers to resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, connect customers to the appropriate team, and provide issue resolution regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with other sales support departments to resolve billing and payment issues and act as a liaison between Sales and Accounting.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work 8am - 5pm.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
