Business Development Representative

MedTrainer is a leading healthtech company accelerating compliance with a unified digital platform. We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through strategic outreach and communication
- Manage requests received via web, email, and phone, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Maintain and update CRM to track customer data, business insights, and interactions
- Target a minimum of 100+ strategic outbound calls and emails per day to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop creative strategies and target decision-makers at prospect accounts
- Unparalleled motivation to succeed and be the best
- 1 year of successful outbound sales experience or completion of a sales training program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with analytical and multitasking skills
- Basic healthcare knowledge is helpful but not necessary
- Self-Starter with the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
- Base Pay $40k with bonus up to $30k at goal uncapped
- Remote position with confidentiality guaranteed according to EEO guidelines
