Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your designated market. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through research and outreach efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in your designated market
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Utilize our proprietary technology platform, Talient, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and insights to our sales team on market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
