Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Sales Representative to join our team. As a Business Development and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing leads with businesses and driving clients to register for our Business Credit Program.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure leads with businesses
- Drive clients to register for our Business Credit Program
- Develop strategic plans to provide a tailored experience for each client
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Maintain a positive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the position
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Toggl
We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a hybrid position with both work-from-home and in-office options available.
This position is at the IBS office from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday OR work-from-home within the same business hours. The dress code is business casual (in-office) and a style guide will be available upon hire.
