Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Coordinated Community Volunteer Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and evaluation of volunteers, as well as coordinating volunteer activities and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate volunteers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Program Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and implement volunteer activities and events, including orientations, training sessions, and recognition events.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with volunteers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Reporting: Compile and submit regular reports on volunteer activity, metrics, and feedback to inform program development and improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in human services, volunteer management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
