Product Launch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Launch Coordinator to join our team at Valdese Weavers, a 100% employee-owned ESOP company with over 100 years of experience in manufacturing residential and contract textiles.

As a Product Launch Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product development process from concept to launch. This position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that products meet quality standards and market needs.

• Assist in planning and coordinating product development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and production teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth project progression.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform product development decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of product specifications, development processes, and project timelines to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Assist in the development and implementation of processes to ensure product quality in alignment with company expectations.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of product samples for internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze feedback from team members and customers to inform product improvements and iterations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product development, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as healthcare, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
