**Role Overview:**

The Sales Associate is a personable individual who excels at creating a welcoming environment. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional service and comfort for all guests. Responsibilities include maintaining guest relations, driving sales, managing store presentation, operating cash registers, and adhering to company policies and standards.

**Reporting Structure:**

Reports to: Leads, Senior Lead, and Management

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Greet guests warmly upon arrival

+ Provide tours of the sales area

+ Inform guests about promotions and essential information regarding their visit

+ Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently

+ Assist the public by answering questions in person, electronically, and via phone

+ Handle inquiries from employees and direct them to the appropriate personnel when necessary

+ Duplicate and distribute materials as needed

+ Compose and edit responses for customer outreach with management approval

+ Maintain social media and outreach platforms regularly

+ Process delivery orders accurately

+ Operate in compliance with industry regulations

+ Complete sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accountability at POS registers

+ Communicate guest or product requests effectively

+ Ensure outstanding guest service by creating a friendly atmosphere, greeting every guest, and maintaining high standards of service

+ Stay informed about product details, promotions, and advertisements

+ Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store cleanliness

+ Help in processing and restocking merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring inventory

+ Follow all company policies and procedures, including pricing and loss prevention
