Insurance Customer Service Specialist

Giovanni Monaco - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.
As an Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
Requirements:
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
