Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct brief screening calls to schedule appointments with clients.
  • Lead hour-long Zoom calls to guide clients through software programs and assist them in finalizing their selections.
  • Organize and manage your schedule independently.
  • Build rapport and effectively communicate with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting clients, working with clients, and negotiating with clients.
  • Self-starting - You are willing to do whatever it takes to get a deal done. Mindset of an entrepreneur.
  • Creative – You are continuously seeking new ways to solve a problem.
  • Organized – Your ability to prioritize and manage a large pipeline in a fast-paced high energy environment.
  • Competitive – Your desire to constantly exceed goals and become the best amongst your peers.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years' experience in an inside sales role and customer service role with track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales goals
  • Money Motivated, with an extreme hunger for success
  • You have a positive attitude and are self-started
  • You're resilient, and understand that in sales, every 'no' gets you closer to a 'yes.'
  • You thrive in a startup environment where the only constant is change
  • You are coachable, eager to learn, and can adapt to change as needed
  • Experienced with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools.
  • Ability to stay focused and detail-oriented in a remote work environment.
