Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Continuous Improvement and Special Projects initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence, improving operational efficiency, and implementing strategic changes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and special projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department managers and team members.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, operations management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods.
  • 2-4 years of experience leading organizational change efforts.
  • Experience facilitating Kaizen events or other improvement workshops.
  • Experience leading software delivery projects a plus.
  • Software tools including SQL and Tableau and experience in data analysis desired.
  • Able to communicate effectively across functional boundaries, and up and down the leadership chain.
  • Able to establish a strong network across various organizations and disciplines.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Candidate must be organized and self-motivated, identifying and proactively addressing opportunities for program improvement.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate proposals using sound judgment and present recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments and achieve objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Experience in testing, automotive industry, and various vehicle technologies a plus.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite, Visio, MS Project, Project Online, Office 365 and other project management software desired.
  • Travel less than 10%. Based on program need but should be minimal.
Education
  • BS degree in related field required. Program Management Professional certification preferred. Master's desired. ADKAR certification a plus.
