Position Overview

As a Visual Deployment Lead, you will act as the primary authority on functionality and technical aspects of in-store initiatives, managing both daytime and overnight operations. Your role will involve overseeing various projects such as renovations, maintenance, and installations, while serving as the key contact for a team of 10 or more staff members and multiple contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate displays produced by external suppliers to ensure uniformity and high standards.
  • Maintain a variety of store fixtures to meet corporate aesthetics and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with management to strategize projects and perform necessary follow-ups.
  • Direct the execution of special initiatives, seasonal setups, and promotional displays.
  • Manually assemble displays according to established protocols and instructions.
  • Work in close partnership with project leaders, store management, operational teams, training coordinators, and other personnel.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role focused on employee development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic displays and technical components.
  • 2 years of experience in technical roles or merchandising operations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in project management or retail leadership.
