Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departmental managers and PACCAR leaders to drive process improvement, organizational change, and special projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to support improvement efforts.
  • Develop methods for assessing and prioritizing projects.
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms and metrics to track progress.
  • Ensure clear and open communication among stakeholders.
  • Resolve and prioritize project issues promptly.
  • Mentor and train team members on new processes and tools.
  • Adhere to project management policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of Project Management experience.
  • 3 to 5 years in Operations Management or Leadership.
  • 3 to 5 years in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience leading organizational change efforts.
  • Proficiency in facilitating improvement workshops and software delivery projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in driving program improvements.
  • Effective at evaluating proposals and presenting recommendations.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to achieve objectives in new environments.
  • Experience in the automotive industry and project management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. PMP certification desired.

Education

  • BS degree in related field required. Program Management Professional certification preferred. Master's desired. ADKAR certification a plus.
