Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time Senior Environmental Project Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This role offers a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing for a balance between office and remote work. The selected candidate will manage a variety of environmental projects, primarily within the greater Puget Sound area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of natural resource and environmental planning projects.
  • Guide field biologists in conducting wetland, stream, and habitat assessments.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of environmental permit applications and related documentation.
  • Conduct research and analysis of environmental regulations and critical areas codes.
  • Develop and maintain project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective prioritization.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to create strategic project planning solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with regulatory agencies and tribal representatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of project quality.
  • Review project invoices and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Planning, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or project management.
  • Thorough understanding of wetland assessment methodologies and relevant environmental regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
