Nuestros Representantes de Servicio al Cliente son responsables de brindar apoyo al responder correos electrónicos y atender llamadas entrantes de nuestros valiosos clientes.
FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Responder con entusiasmo a todas las consultas de los clientes a través de teléfono, correo electrónico y mensajes.
- Siempre presentar una actitud amable y auténtica.
- Utilizar la herramienta de soporte omnicanal para registrar, categorizar y etiquetar las consultas de los clientes, escalando a los canales adecuados cuando sea necesario.
- Aplicar habilidades efectivas de resolución de problemas para ayudar a los clientes a resolver sus inquietudes en la primera llamada de manera rápida y eficiente.
- Proporcionar información precisa o saber cómo encontrar rápidamente la información correcta.
- Empatizar y desescalar problemas de los clientes para resolver completamente sus preocupaciones.
- Desempeñarse como un jugador de equipo en un entorno dinámico y enérgico.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según lo requiera la dirección.
