Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inbound calls, conducting outbound marketing activities, and assisting with daily operations within our store.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
- Answer inbound calls generated from our marketing and advertising activities
- Conduct outbound marketing, guerrilla marketing, and community outreach activities
- Assist with basic bookkeeping activities
- Schedule service calls using our field service management software
- People-oriented, with the mindset that the customer is always right
- Office management experience a plus
- Some experience in sales and marketing desired
- Assist manager with inventory activities
- Efficient Troubleshooting: Skillfully addresses common technical issues, applying analytical thinking and a methodical approach to resolve problems efficiently.
- Customer Support Excellence: Delivers outstanding customer service, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of user issues, thereby enhancing overall client satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Actively engages in learning opportunities to stay abreast of the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices, gradually expanding their expertise.
- Active Participation: Contributes positively to the team, sharing insights and learnings, while seeking feedback to refine skills and knowledge.
- Process Adherence and Improvement: Follows established IT procedures diligently and suggests improvements, contributing to smoother operations and better service delivery.
- Responsive and Adaptable: Quickly adapts to new tasks and changing priorities, maintaining productivity and supporting the team's needs.
- Effective Communication: Masters the art of explaining complex technical issues in simple terms, building trust and understanding with clients and non-technical team members.
