About the Role

Sedgwick is seeking a highly skilled IT Client Executive to establish and maintain a strong relationship between our IT department and clients. This role is responsible for driving delivery and quality to enhance value to the client, ensuring operations, client, and IT understand the technology solution, and guiding stakeholders in prioritizing submitted projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Develop and maintain a strong relationship between the client and IT, driving delivery and quality to enhance value to the client.
  • Ensure Technology Solution Understanding: Ensure operations, client, and IT understand the technology solution, overall solution delivery, and compliance to governance processes and architecture standards.
  • Prioritize Projects: Guide stakeholders in prioritizing submitted projects and work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize requirements.
  • Manage Project Delivery: Manage the design development and deployment of client requirements, coordinating application project delivery across business units in collaboration with other business units.
  • Proactive Client Dialogue: Enable and drive a proactive client dialogue and an approach that is focused on maintaining a service, delivering value, and maintaining regular communications with clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field from an accredited college or university, and ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of systems and development, ability to lead technology-driven teams and projects, in-depth understanding of disability and leave, excellent oral and written communication skills, and analytical and interpretive skills.
