Job Summary

Campus Apartments, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Director of Engineering to oversee the physical and mechanical upkeep of our properties. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our properties, including painting, cleaning, and mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling, budgeting, and payroll.
  • Oversee the maintenance of painting and cleaning of the property, including internal and external areas.
  • Ensure that maintenance staff completes all work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Hire and terminate maintenance staff in cooperation with Building Managers.
  • Work with Building Managers on a daily basis for scheduling, budgeting, and other tasks.

Requirements
  • HVAC certification.
  • Certification in electrical (commercial and residential).
  • Licensed pool operator if the community maintains a pool.
